Reporting directly into the PMO Lead and there are no direct line management responsibilities for this role. This person will be required to be based in the UK and visit the Cardiff office periodically. Normal working hours apply to this role (9am-5:30pm UK time) however there may be times where you need to work outside of our usual working hours. - Assist the Programme/Project Leadership in preparation, delivery, updating and monitoring project plans, documentation and deliverables as required
- Diary co-ordination, arranging meetings and related tasks
- Compile status reporting on a weekly basis for the PM's to update, review and release to the client
- Track Commercials - Actuals v Forecast reporting
- DevOps configuration, set up and usage
- Responsible for onboarding new team members on Projects, requesting system access from the customer
- Compile Monthly Steering packs
- Support the Project Managers and Programme Managers with the management of the RAID log
- Compile a holiday and whereabouts schedule
- Support escalations relating to project delivery and own task to resolution
- Create handover packs to Managed Services
- Legal, Commercial and Status Document repository (Internal sa.global and project/programme)
- Timesheet chasing
- Manage and review Commercials for Project Manager
- Drafting Change Requests and Statements of Work
- Track/Monitor Financials, budget control
We are looking for a Project Management Officer / Junior PM to further enhance our UK-based Project Management Team. You will provide project support services to our Project Managers, assisting in the organisation and administration of all aspects of Projects and Programmes. We are therefore seeking individuals who ideally have experience with working within a high performing Project Management Office, in the area of ERP system implementation, or are great at managing budgets, commercials and tracking deliverables. Having some knowledge or experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, would be highly beneficial., Time management skills - Being a team player but equally can work independently
