Project Management Placement (12.5 months)

You will learn to deploy Best Practice project management methods and tools within our programmes, projects and functions. This could include:

• Agile and waterfall project set up;


• Project maturity and governance including lessons learnt;


• Integrated schedule planning;


• Baselining projects and identifying critical path activities;


• Risk and opportunity management;


• Creating and maintaining digital project monitoring and control processes (digital data analysis etc.);


• Finance monitoring and control.


You will be working alongside multi functional team members on a day to day basis, ensuring all team members are delivering on time, on cost and on quality as well as understanding how each function contributes to project success.


• Studying towards a degree in Project Management, Business, Economics, Information Technology and/or Systems, Engineering, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Systems, or equivalent;


• Experience of project working within a team;


• Ability to listen, understand and respond in a constructive manner;


• Willingness to handle changes on a day-to-day basis;


• Curious and challenging mind-set;


• Ability to speak up;


• Team spirit and positive outlook.

This role is within the Project Management Office, working alongside our programme leaders.
