Full Job Description

Are you passionate about project management, with an interest in real estate and ready to take on new challenges? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to work in our Real Estate department in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, from managing industrial estates to assisting clients with property acquisitions and refinancings. What will you be doing? In this role, you will organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking ongoing and pipeline projects. You will assist with document management and reviews, arrange and take notes at meetings, and support the creation and updating of key project documents. Additionally, you will lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential. You must be able to build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction. Additionally, you should be willing to solve problems confidently and effectively, keeping stakeholders informed and escalating issues when necessary. The ability to foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, motivating team members to achieve the best outcomes, is also crucial.,

  • Experience of working in a law firm or other professional services firm
  • Two years of project management experience, whether formal or informal
  • Professional certification in project management, or ability to obtain this within twelve months of being hired
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies or processes quickly
