Full Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to help our regulatory programme succeed by ensuring effective change delivery. This role focuses on coordinating project efforts, managing risks, and overseeing budgets.,

  • Collaborate with the regulatory programme manager to support successful change delivery.
  • Coordinate project materials, including steering packs and board packs.
  • Develop project delivery and governance structures for efficient implementation.
  • Plan and monitor project schedules, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Manage time, cost, scope, and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate and technical standards.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and maintain regular communication.
  • Oversee the transition of projects into everyday operations.
  • Track regulatory changes and ensure they are implemented properly.

    Ability to manage multiple projects across different areas.
  • Experience in regulatory change and high-level business analysis.
  • Core Skills and Knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build relationships across teams and locations.
  • Collaborative team player with good facilitation skills.
  • Emotional intelligence to understand team dynamics.
  • Project Management & Analytical Skills
  • At least 5 years of project management experience in a financial institution.
  • Experience with large-scale projects involving multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with the full project management lifecycle.
  • Experience in both IT and non-IT projects.
  • Understanding of business analysis and problem-solving techniques.
  • Organisational Skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
  • Flexibility to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Facilitation Skills
  • Ability to foster consensus within teams and create a supportive environment.
  • Experience with facilitation and collaboration tools.
  • Commitment to integrity and fair treatment of customers.
  • While project management accreditation is preferred, it is not essential.
