Project Manager (11342)

As a Project Manager at Investec, you will collaborate closely with fellow project managers, analysts, and the IRB Programme Manager. Your mission? To ensure effective change delivery that meets Internal Rating Based (IRB) compliance regulations. What will you be doing? In this role, you will coordinate multiple change delivery inter-dependencies, manage project risks and issues, and maintain clear communication with various stakeholders.,

• Project Coordination: How will you take ownership of project materials, including steering and board packs? You will design and develop a robust project delivery and governance structure to ensure efficient change delivery.
• Planning and Monitoring: Are you skilled at planning project schedules and monitoring progress? You will be responsible for removing constraints and escalating unresolved issues.
• Stakeholder Engagement: How will you identify and engage key stakeholders? Regular communication is essential for project success.
• Regulatory Compliance: Will you ensure all regulatory changes are tracked and implemented effectively? You will own the Regulatory Traceability Matrix and manage project delivery according to our established methodology.
  
  Experience: Do you have at least 5 years of project management experience in a financial institution? Experience with regulatory change and large-scale projects is essential.
• Communication Skills: Can you communicate clearly and build strong relationships across teams? Your ability to facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts will be key.
• Analytical Skills: Are you familiar with business analysis methodologies and problem-solving techniques? Your experience in both IT and non-IT projects will be valuable.
