Full Job Description

Are you an experienced and driven Project Manager? Join St. James Place as we embark on an exciting journey to provide outstanding financial solutions to our clients. As a Project Manager, you will have a key role in overseeing the successful completion of different projects, ensuring outstanding delivery and contributing to our ambitious growth targets.

You will collaborate closely with teams from different departments to effectively implement important company initiatives and achieve business objectives. This is a remarkable chance to be part of a top-tier financial services company and shape the future of wealth management.

What you'll be doing:

  • Determine project objectives, scope, and success criteria

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets

  • Coordinate and lead project teams to successfully accomplish project goals

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

  • Foster open communication with relevant parties to ensure goals and expectations are clear and met.

  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, Non-Contributory Pension - 10% (increasing with length of service up to 15%) with further pension matching.

  • Parental leave - 6 months full pay

  • 28 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays (based on full-time equivalent) with the option to buy up to an additional 5 days holiday

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a similar role

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools

  • Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective leadership capabilities
