We have been appointed to partner with the marketing team within our client's Healthcare division to drive their brand and content marketing pillar forward. This pillar will focus on growing and elevating our client's brand and event brands. This marketing pillar will implement digital best practices, own content development and strategy across the digital marketing ecosystem, and enhance audience engagement through all digital touchpoints.

Collaborating closely with our client, a globally recognized B2B organisation, the Project Manager oversees projects from inception to completion, ensuring necessary guidance and oversight. By fostering robust relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients, the Project Manager serves as the primary liaison regarding the status, risks, and challenges of all project deliverables, including budget and resource management.

Reporting to our Account Director, the Project Manager will lead brand and content marketing projects alongside our client's marketing team. They will manage team capacity to ensure new briefs and requests are triaged, prioritised, and resourced appropriately.

The Project Manager should possess a comprehensive knowledge of digital disciplines and feel comfortable collaborating within both agency and in-house creative teams. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing timing plans, as well as managing the review and approval stages of digital outputs to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Your ability to work effectively with digital teams will be paramount, showcasing your dedication and passion for producing exceptional digital work that exceeds expectations. Driven by streamlined and efficient processes, you will have a keen eye for detail.

You'll join a team of over 30 people, managing and owning project plans. You'll collaborate with the broader marketing team and work closely with our client's external agencies and partners.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be responsible for creating and developing project plans, breaking projects into do-able actions and setting timeframes. You will manage the delivery of projects to ensure success as defined by agreed scope and timelines, driving projects through from early stage of initiation to final implementation.

What Is Required:

  • A passion for digital marketing and solid experience as a Project Manager in a similar role.

  • Organisation of project meetings, communicating and driving actions.

  • Taking meeting minutes and updating plans and documents.

  • Co-ordinate between various marketing pillar leads managers and marketing managers during all project phases, encouraging transparency of delivery effort, deliverables and milestones.

  • Working closely with the Marketing Team to understand status, issues and risks escalating to the Strategic Digital Lead where appropriate.

  • Understanding of digital project requirements to support the wider marketing team.

  • Build productive working relationships with team members, senior stakeholders and event owners to ensure priorities are understood by all impacted parties.

  • Be an advocate for internal project management processes and support the lead marketing managers to improve guidelines, templates and processes.

  • Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the project.

  • Ensuring key Service Level Agreements are met by all parties involved .

  • Overseeing the project's financial budget, notifying stakeholders of key cost implications, changes to budget, spending and cost changes.

  • Working in a team of over 30 across OLIVER and our client.

  • Potential overseas travel on adhoc basis.

    Excellent client engagement abilities emphasising proactive organisation, client influence, and the cultivation of robust working relationships.

  • Strong project management capabilities.

  • Comprehensive responsibility for initiating the project plan, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring progress, managing deadlines, and closing the project.

  • Skill in developing and presenting optimal processes for data collection and storage.

  • Proficiency in hosting productive meetings at various phases of the project, including kick-off and discovery, utilising a defined project methodology.

  • Experience in Agile Project Management for planning sprints and leading scrum sessions.

  • Superior communication skills tailored to specific audiences.

  • Expertise in integrating with client-side teams while maintaining top-tier agency service.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.

  • Confidence in working independently with partner or third-party agencies.

  • Excellent presentation skills, both written and oral.

  • Knowledge of how to integrate with client-side teams while providing top-tier agency services.

  • Experience in events marketing.

  • Experience across multiple industry sectors, with mandatory B2B experience.

  • Over five years of relevant digital marketing experience in a similar role.
