Come and join our expanding Sizewell C (SZC) team and work on one of the most exciting and largest megaprojects in the UK, whilst being at the forefront of the UK's climate change agenda and energy policy.
Following on from the success of Hinkley Point C (HPC), the SZC Project is a nuclear new build project in Suffolk, which has obtained planning approval and Government financing support with construction to start this year.
Join the Sizewell C Engineering & Delivery programme as a Project Manager and lead the charge in delivering excellence in our Diesels sub-programme. This dynamic role offers you the opportunity to oversee a delivery team and ensure seamless execution from engineering through to commissioning.
We're recruiting a Project Manager to support the SZC Balance of Plant & Galleries programme, as we enter critical phases across a number of our delivery programmes.

What you'll be doing
Lead a Multidisciplined Delivery Team, driving the delivery of complex systems, structures, and components.
Focus on meticulous planning, budget adherence, risk management, and quality control, while navigating various project interfaces with precision.
Oversee the full EPCC delivery of an area and/or contract in Balance of Plant, ensuring high standards of engineering, construction, and commissioning.
Who you are
We're looking for hands-on project professionals with a track record of delivering projects within a technically complex and dynamic environment whilst ensuring high levels of safety, security and environmental responsibility within the Nuclear Energy sector or similar regulated environment.
Experience of managing contractors, consultants and other advisors throughout large and complex construction projects, in a regulated environment will be key.

You'll be able to demonstrate experience of managing projects through the project lifecycle from concept to handover.
Additionally, you'll have good presentation, influencing and facilitation skills as well as excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to develop relationships and maintain effective networks.
If the above sounds like you then we'd love to hear from you!
