Full Job Description
As a Project Manager for Sensormatic, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our solutions across all your assigned client accounts in the UK & Eire stores. Additionally, you will oversee the installation of CCTV and EAS systems for all new store openings and refits.,
- Rollout Solutions: Implement Sensormatic's solutions across all UK&I stores.
- Oversee Installations: Ensure successful installation and commissioning of CCTV and EAS systems for new store openings and refits.
- Manage Resources: Coordinate all technical and resource requirements, working with subcontractors and internal planners.
- Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Risk & Change Management: Apply change, risk, and resource management.
- Cost Management: Manage costs to maintain or improve margins.
- Compliance: Ensure total compliance with project management and health and safety procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of company processes to enhance efficiency.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify, mitigate, and recommend actions on risks and issues threatening project completion.
- Site Meetings: Participate in site meetings to determine requirements, readiness, and ensure successful handover.
- First-Time Installations: Strive for 'right first time' installations, recording and reporting on events to identify process improvements.
- Client Satisfaction: Maintain client satisfaction around implementation.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications: Project management qualification or equivalent experience. - Customer Service: Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- IT Knowledge: Good working knowledge of IT and network infrastructures.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in Windows/Microsoft Office software.
- Organizational Skills: Organized, methodical, and process-driven.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and nurture strong relationships.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills.
