This role will support the Culture and Leisure Division by leading and shaping strategic and transformation change in leisure, libraries, parks and beyond to improve services and outcomes for our residents.

The broad and diverse nature of the projects will mean no two days are the same and you will have the opportunity to support a variety of services to develop strategies, undertake option appraisals, shape services, procure contracts and embed change.

We are look for an experienced Project Manager who can provide

Project Management: Lead and deliver projects/programmes, shape strategy, and improve systems/processes. You will work on diverse projects with various clients, providing valued support, with a track record of success.

Communication Skills: Be an excellent communicator, well-organised, and able to prioritise workload.

Organisational Expertise: Build capacity, support service transformation, process improvement, and business change management, ideally with experience work on culture and leisure services.

Innovation: Implement new technologies and innovative solutions to drive organisational growth and efficiency.
