Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join Horton Housing Association. This role will be between 24.5 - 28 hours per week, depending on the candidate.
The Project Manager will work with the Senior Management Team (SMT) to deliver the Strengths Based Approach project, continuing Horton's transition to a strengths-based, trauma informed organisation. The Project Manager will work together with the SBA Project Group and wider colleagues across the organisation, to implement the Project Plan and ensure a successful organisational transition. The primary focus will be on the SBA project, but the Project Manager may at times be required to support other projects or change management within the organisation., The Project Manager is a key role at Horton Housing. You will work predominantly out of Head Office in Bradford, with some home-working and travel to our services and offices throughout West and North Yorkshire. You will be supported by a Project Group, who are passionate about Horton's transition to a strengths-based, trauma informed organisation.

  • A proven track record as a project manager, including project management at an organisational level

  • Experienced in planning projects, delegating, managing and risk mitigation

  • Experience of managing change and working with and influencing senior leaders, commissioners and funders

  • Knowledge of working with people going through difficult times, and ensuring their voices are heard, and their ideas and opinions respected

  • Knowledge of strength based and trauma informed approaches

    In return, this role is offering a salary of £29,258 - £33,438 per annum (actual). The role also offers excellent benefits including 6 weeks annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro-rated for part time hours), and exceptional training and development opportunities.
