Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our infrastructure team in Leavesden. What you'll do:

• Coordinate with pre-construction and enabling function support teams during early-stage design due-diligence and commercial negotiation stages of future opportunities within the Highways Sector.
• Develop strategies and implement plans which deliver revenue for Skanska prior to signing Scheme Contract, whilst returning scheme value to the Customer.
• Lead buildability reviews of incumbent design solutions, providing advice on construction suitability of existing solutions. Where deemed required, to support strategic priorities or commercial requirements, formulate and propose alternative solutions.
• Understand the project Route to Margin to ensure that all project works are delivered in accordance with this strategy.
• Develop proposals, seek endorsement, and implement working practices to drive efficiency through project lifecycle.

• You will report to a Project Director. You will have management responsibilities across projects for various different disciplines, as determined by the individual project needs.
