Full Job Description

To lead and manage the successful delivery of a cross-functional project, specifically the rollout of a new digital product in the UK that was previously launched in the US (https://solunaapp.com/ ). The role involves developing and executing program plans, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing cross-functional teams, and actively engaging in problem-solving to ensure the project stays on track. This role will also work closely with leadership in both the UK and US, maintaining stakeholder relationships, identifying risks, and providing timely updates and reports to drive the project to completion., Program Planning & Execution:

  • Build, develop and manage program plans and timelines adapting to the flexible nature of a growing, fast-paced organisation.
  • Work with Engineering and Product teams in the delivery of a digital product.
  • Oversee day-to-day program operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to keep on track for project objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional meetings and updates.
  • Actively engage in problem-solving with stakeholders to unblock workstreams.
  • Facilitates decision-making to drive the project forward.
  • Maintains core program planning documentation including program schedule, RACI matrix, decision log etc.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders quickly, communicating program updates and aligning expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to gather input and insights, ensuring all voices are heard.
  • Closely track decisions and action items.
  • Risk Management:
  • Work closely with the UK leadership team to understand requirements and identify challenges and risk early.
  • Maintain project risk log.
  • Be prepared to address issues directly with leadership and adapt plans as necessary.
  • Reporting & Communication:
  • Maintain clear, intelligible records aligned to the program.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to leadership teams and Board.
  • Monitor program performance and manage communications to leadership teams.

    5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a fast-paced growing organisation or startup environment.
  • Strong ability to manage complex projects and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for motivating and engaging the team
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a practical approach to program management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (ideally Monday.com)
  • Power Skills:
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Prince2 Qualification or equivalent
