Full Job Description

Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a highly motivated and results-focused individual to join our Management Information and Funding department as a Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead significant projects, optimise funding, and contribute to the College's success in a fast-paced, impactful role.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a Project Manager within the Management Information and Funding department, you will be tasked with:

Managing and monitoring project activities to ensure all contract performance targets are met and outcomes achieved.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with project partners, negotiating on behalf of B&FC, and representing the College at partnership meetings.
Ensuring compliance with stringent funding and audit criteria, designing and implementing audit processes, and tracking project performance.
Maximising project income for the College, identifying and securing additional funding opportunities while collaborating with internal teams to support the development and delivery of new projects.
Supervising and supporting administrative staff, ensuring efficient management of all external funding and project activities.
