Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our Transformation Team. You will manage the delivery of multiple business-driven projects, providing overall direction, coordination, control, implementation, and completion.,

  • Develop business cases with feasibility studies and research; liaise with stakeholders and experts to define requirements.
  • Create and manage stakeholder and communication plans.
  • Lead formal governance of projects.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of complex projects, from requirements gathering to operational handover.
  • Oversee daily project aspects, including planning, budgeting, risk management, resource assignment, and reporting.
  • Handle commercial and legal project aspects, including budgets, risk assessments, tenders, and negotiations.
  • Manage change aspects, recognising business environment changes, identifying stakeholders, developing approaches, and training staff/clients.
  • Ensure project benefits and value are realised.
  • Embed changes into business operations.
  • Contribute to the firm's project and change management approach.
  • Ensure all handover, support, and systems documentation is completed.
