Full Job Description

You'll join one of our truly unique contracts working on supporting the current fleet or shaping the future fleet, ultimately you will own and deliver tasks that ensure submarines and submariners go to sea safely. What you'll do:

  • Deliver projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring the baseline is set, managed, maintained, and closed, and key milestones and deliverables are achieved.
  • Create and lead project teams and wider functional support to deliver agreed project scope; drive collaboration and integration within project teams.
  • Manage project schedules and outputs, project risks, issues and opportunities, and project budgets.
  • Lead project communication externally with key stakeholders.
  • Develop your Project Management skills in line with industry best practice.
  • Drive continuous improvement and explore emerging technologies.

    Demonstrable experience of successful project delivery.
  • Relevant qualification in Project Management (APM PMQ or similar).
  • Chartered Project Professional or working towards chartership (ChPP or similar).
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • A drive to own and shape your career development journey.
