• Facilitating scrum events and/or refinement sessions
• Contributing towards and creating user stories to ensure a shared understanding across the team
• Operating with agility and with product responsibility
• Provide expert advice and translating technical jargon
• Acting on opportunities to adopt trends and new concepts
• Contributing to course corrections (i.e. retrospective / lessons learned / feedback loops)
• Fostering a fail-fast culture of innovation and professionalism within the team where there is clear ownership and accountability
• Ensuring adherence to agreed principles, guardrails and governance
• Fostering excellent relationships with team members, relevant partners, suppliers & internal / external stakeholders
• Playing an active role in our Communities of Practice to pass on knowledge and build expertise

We have some great opportunities available for Change professionals to join our growing change and hub teams. You'll need a strong ability to work collaboratively, supporting and championing the growth and development of colleagues, demonstrating high emotional intelligence with strong leadership skills, be a brilliant problem-solver and have an inquisitive appetite to continuously develop and learn. You'll enjoy working with a variety of people, be able to inspire and motivate and you'll be self-driven and self-organising. You'll be able to flex your skillset to meet business demands, applying the most appropriate approach to enable us to deliver change successfully. You'll be able to facilitate scrum events, workshops and refinement activities to turn business problems into user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Ultimately, the business will be relying on you and the team to make sure the solutions we deliver are practical, achievable and of value. Most importantly, you'll be able to clearly identify how what we are doing adds value and moves us towards our strategic priorities. What you'll bring To be successful in this role:
• You'll have experience as a Change Professional
• Experience of both agile and more traditional delivery mechanisms (e.g. waterfall)
• Possess strong decision making and prioritisation skills; have experience overseeing and managing complex problems
• Problem-solving and logical thinking to create minimum viable product outcomes
• Customer and colleague centric
• Operational and systems thinker
• Proven ability to establish rapport, credibility and influence others to drive results across a matrixed organisation
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
• It would be advantageous if you have certification in agile
• It would be advantageous to have knowledge of / experience in Financial Advice and Investments
