Full Job Description

As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Severn Trent Water team, supporting them in the delivery and close out process for the STW scheme. Your day to day will include:

  • Heading up the close out process for the successful delivery of mixed civils and MEICA works on the STW and YWS Frameworks.
  • When required, head up a team to deliver the work efficiently and within a tight programme.
  • Input and awareness of construction programme and working alongside the project planner and Project Manager.
  • Ensuring compliance with Kier processes and procedures via the Integrated Management System.
  • Collate information on the close out process, chase suppliers and the delivery teams for the information and what is identified within the client's "Close-Out" process.

    Extensive experience in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost, and value reporting.
  • Good knowledge in producing, reviewing, and implementing Systems of Work for task specific items and close out process.
  • CSCS Card.
  • Excellent communication, people, and team management skills.
