Full Job Description
We have an opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager for our Assets team. The job will be to develop and deliver property related projects, primarily for the Council's housing and Corporate Property portfolio. You will be increasing our capacity to deliver on project work regarding the objectives of the Corporate Strategy delivery plan and supporting the development of the HRA investment plan. There will be a particular emphasis on decarbonisation, but also a focus on the Stock Condition Survey work, Decent Homes Standard and EPC data. To be successful in this role you will need experience of planning, managing and delivering property and construction projects up to £2M, a minimum of a degree or HNC/ HND level in construction or equivalent and be able to effectively able to plan, monitor and manage projects, budgets, risks, business continuity, health and safety, complaints and FOI's.
