Full Job Description

We are seeking an engaging technology project manager to join our EMEA team providing first class project management for the implementation of AV and collaboration technology for offices across the globe. Working as part of a global team you will be responsible for the co-ordination of regional projects deploying the latest technology to meeting rooms, broadcast studios and presentation spaces, shaping the workplace of the future. You will be working within a local team as part of a global family where you will be fully supported as we bring you up to speed on this exciting global initiative. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end project management for the implementation of AV, collaboration, and
  • associated technology projects across EMEA
  • Portfolio and Vendor Management using KPIs and SLAs for Audio Visual installations,
  • decommissions, refreshes, improvement and augmentation services across Google sites
  • Scope project requirements and engage with relevant global teams
  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement projects
  • Manage suppliers undertaking installation and testing activities
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is fully completed and accurate
  • Communicate with the global team to collaborate and support global programs
  • Continual focus on business improvement analysis driven by data audit, process engineering,
  • workflow automation and agile reporting processes, sensitivity to changing and/or developing
  • needs at local and global level
  • Activity and resource planning for procurements and new Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Risk and Issue management and mitigation, audit and compliance procedures (inc. RAMS,
  • legal, import and customs)

  • A team player who is not afraid to ask for help when needed
  • Technology savvy and interested in the future workplace
  • Strong Project Management & organisational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive stakeholder management and engagement
  • AV/IT background is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience with Google Workspace tools (GSuite etc.) beneficial but not essential
