Full Job Description

  • Meeting with management and clients to identify project requirements and provide project updates
  • Supervise sites and co-ordinate activities under CDM regulations
  • Compiling and submitting project status reports - Inc; Progress, delays, Health & Safety, requests for information
  • Promote Ventro to identify future opportunities of new works
  • Conduct door quality inspections with the use of audit sheets
  • Carry out firestopping QS measurement checks
  • Managing materials on site and stock levels
  • Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
  • Managing sub contract teams
  • Building control liaison
  • Managing 3-5 live projects at a time
  • Site Health and Safety - Inc; Rams, Toolbox Talks, site signage, understanding of asbestos registers, safe working practices, reporting near misses and accidents, raising F10

    CSCS (Or Equivalent)
  • SMSTS (Or Equivalent)
  • Emergency First Aid at Work (3 Day Course preferred)
  • Fire Marshall
  • Fire compliance industry experience, ie Fire door installation or fire compartmentation
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Project) with access to a smartphone for HILTI uploads and monitoring
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
  • FIRAS/BMTRADA (Doors and/or Fire Stopping)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prince/NVQ L6 (or equivalent) in construction management
  • Preferred 3 years experience in a project management role
  • Experience in fire stopping/fire doors/social housing/interior fit out
