Full Job Description
- We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team at Zeeco Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring that all aspects-including scope, budget, and direction-are meticulously planned, monitored, and executed. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing every stage of the project, from initial planning through to final delivery and installation., Project Planning: Define project scope, plan activities, sequence tasks, and develop detailed schedules to meet project objectives.
- Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk analysis and manage any issues that arise to keep the project on track.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress of scope and budgets, develop clean shop release files, confirm scope of supply based on customer specifications, and perform or coordinate necessary calculations and sketches for equipment design.
- Technical Coordination: Ensure all required drawings are completed, review customer mark-up prints, and assist drafting teams with final approvals and shop releases.
- Budget Management: Establish and track cost budgets by collaborating with the Sales Department and cost specialists, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Delivery Scheduling: Maintain and coordinate delivery schedules based on customer requirements and Zeeco workloads, including drafting, purchasing, manufacturing, and quality control.
- Quality Control: Collaborate with the QC department to ensure all customer and job specifications are met, including any exceptional QC details.
- Communication: Coordinate all technical and commercial correspondence related to the project, including internal communications and interactions with customers, end users, sales reps, and outside consultants.
- Change Management: Manage scope changes, notify relevant departments, and coordinate any necessary price adjustments with customers.
- Documentation: Update and maintain all project documentation, ensuring it is accurate and meets customer requirements.
- Invoice Management: Create project invoices via Excel for the finance department.
- Additional Duties: Provide support for quotation/sales, field/sales trips, and design engineering as required. Assist in designing and producing engineering drawings using CAD systems.

- IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and other essential software.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to assertively manage project stakeholders.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working under pressure.
- Travel: Willingness to travel worldwide as required.
