Full Job Description
Reporting into the Engineering Manager, the Project Manager will lead the development and implementation of any new processes or equipment in their brewery infrastructure. All projects should meet the functionality and capability set out in the Capital Project objectives, such as budgeting, scheduling and reporting. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of various projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring they're on schedule and in compliance with Safety and Specifications. This includes managing on-site contractors, agreeing Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Collaborating with a number of internal colleagues and external stakeholders, you will need to influence others as well as implementing deadlines to keep projects on track to ensure On Time in Full and in budget delivery of Capital Projects for effective safe use in the Brewery.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with the ability to manage end to end processes. You'll be involved from submitting business cases, right through to implementation so a detailed eye with the ability to influence and manage people to hit deadlines will be critical. We'd like someone with experience managing high value, complex project delivery. As well as a positive attitude and a continuous improvement mindset, the ideal candidate may have:
- FMCG Experience
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Great stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- To be able to work under pressure and flex for changing priorities
- Highly motivated; a self-starter
- Track record of delivering first class customer service requirements in a customer focused organisation
- Alternatively, we would also be interested in hearing from you if you have recently completed your Masters Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and are now looking for your next big role, you may have an interest in environmental and sustainability projects and keen to develop in the role as a Project Manager, given that you have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills along with being highly motivated and a strong self-starter.

Salary: Up to £57,500 base depending on experience, plus full benefits listed below.
