How we deliver change at Travelex is the key to successful delivery, so stakeholder management, relationship building and working collaboratively with global leads to define the strategy, create actions plans and track metrics is super important. We have a 'one team' approach, so successfully working alongside other Project Managers and other key business teams/ functions to understand any inter-dependencies and impacts is a must. We have high standards and display role model behaviours. We share best practice, knowledge, and ideas to deliver the best outcomes for our customers, our colleagues, and our business - we are 'one'!

  • Every day is a 'school day', and you enjoy learning and getting to grips with new commercial, product and business concepts. Problem solving and getting stuff done motivates and excites you
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo, you are great at influencing and pride yourself on the ability to develop professional working relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and business partners by adapting your approach - after all, we are all different!
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you are resilient and tenacious with a great eye for detail, always keeping your standards high
  • We have a fantastic team who are open, honest, and transparent, so being a team player, rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in is just the 'norm' for us.
