  • Design project plans and budgets in line with client requirements. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and other visual tools for tracking client and internal projects. Apply a proactive approach in identifying risks and develop mitigation strategies along with other project team members. Contribute to scientific and operational discussions with clients and functional experts to define project strategy and goals. Manage in-house and outsourced project activities to deliver projects to agreed, Contribute to the development of internal operational systems to support company growth.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesEssentialo Life Sciences degree (BSc or MSc)o Experience gained within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company preferably in a project management and client facing role.o Experience of the Project Management role in preclinical or early clinical project teams.o Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.o Strong time management and organisational skills to enable planning of work on multiple projects during daily routine.o Experience of working in a matrix organisation with multi-disciplinary teams.o Experience of line managing and mentoring less-experienced staff.o Ability to resolve conflicts at different levels of the organisation to facilitate a positive outcome.o Working knowledge of standard Project Management methodologies, tools and processes.o Competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages including Word
