The Productivity, Efficiency and PMO Team has oversight and visibility of a range of Operational, Transformational, Strategical, Digital, Clinical and Development focused projects/activity across the Trust, providing assurance to Senior Management within the Trust on progress against defined plans and supporting delivery of the Productivity and Efficiency Portfolio.
The Productivity, Efficiency and PMO project team:
· supports the prioritisation, alignment, planning and reporting of project outcomes.
· coaches and supports the development of project management skills.
· works as part of the Trusts Corporate Function- with wider improvement teams, Business Partners, and other colleagues with project management roles and responsibilities.
· is responsible for the delivery of a range of identified projects.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide project management support to a range of projects within the wider portfolio of programmes. The post holder may also be required, at the discretion of the Deputy Associate Director of Productivity, Efficiency and PMO , to support the delivery of the major change programmes within the Trust's Portfolio in order to achieve the defined outcomes., The post holder will have responsibility for delivery of key stand-alone projects or work-streams within Programmes. They will also have a key role to play in providing assurance, tracking and monitoring of implementation and benefits realisation as appropriate supporting and enabling effective change management across the Trust.
To provide project management expertise to support the delivery of successful change projects.
Take guidance and support from the Deputy Associate Director of Productivity, Efficiency and PMO to undertake small or partial service reviews to support the redesign of future service delivery. This will include process improvement and service redesign resulting in improved outcomes, experience and safety for patients, reduced running costs and obtaining sustainable service delivery for the future.
Ensure that individual project plans and risk, quality and issue logs are developed and maintained for each of the project areas in a robust and proactive manner; resolving issues arising from these that cannot be resolved at programme level., Please see attached Job Description for further information about the Project Manager position available at WUTH.

This will be deducted from your salary, in manageable monthly instalments for up to 3 months following commencement of employment.
