Develop and forecast budgets, review weekly productivity, and report changes to the project manager and QS department.
Understand subcontractor contract conditions, create job-specific terms, and manage accounts with the QS team.
Requisition resources timely to avoid construction delays.
Inform the Commercial Team of non-conformances and client/designer instructions; maintain records of additional work resources.
Ensure daily site diaries are produced, noting any changes, subcontractors' attendance, and relevant discussions.

Degree or HND in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent vocational training.
Experience in testing and commissioning gas pipelines.
Understanding of engineering principles.
Knowledge of safe control operations for gas networks.
Extensive technical construction knowledge and best practices.
Familiarity with relevant codes, safety, and statutory regulations.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, document control systems, and Primavera software.
Relevant CSCS card.
