SIA - Transformation – Projects - The SIA is the organisation responsible for the regulation of private security. It is an independent, arm’s length body (ALB) of the Home Office, reporting to the Home Secretary, under the terms of the Private Security Industry Act 2001. The SIA’s purpose, We are currently running an ambitious and exciting Digital Transformation Programme and we are looking for someone who could help us deliver it.

Security
Successful candidates must undergo a criminal record check.
People working with government assets must complete baseline personnel security standard (opens in new window) checks.

+ Experience of managing a project, or significant project workstream, through the full lifecycle including proficiency in Microsoft Project with applied experience in supporting, updating and creating project plan(s)
+ Strong stakeholder management skills
+ PRINCE2 Practitioner Qualification and understanding of agile working
+ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
+ Able to draw information from a wide range of sources and synthesise the information into a coherent output
+ Applied understanding of change control
