Full Job Description

Southern Water will be delivering a significant increase in its capital delivery programme over the next five-year period. We are also implementing a core enterprise system related to our work order management and asset data management, whilst making changes to our asset lifecycle process. To understand opportunities for process improvement and digitisation, there is a need document our current processes in the first instance. Working with business process owners, other stakeholders, change managers and digital architects, you will produce the process to the required level to enable the development of process improvements, associated change impact assessments and the digital roadmap. You will be producing the process baseline which will enable new team members, once hired, to complete continuous improvement activities : the effectiveness of the handover will be critical. This activity forms part of the enablers workstream for the implementation of the new target operating model, reporting into the programme management team. This forms part of a wider programme of change work. This role will project manage the resources in this team; expected to be two interim dedicated business analysts, one interim solution architect, and other colleagues providing inputs or part time delivery.

You will be an experienced Project Manager who is competent and experienced in Process Mapping and Data Flow projects within a complex environment - ideally utilities or rail sector. You will understand Master Data Management within operational businesses and running projects of this nature., All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. You will need to provide evidence of eligibility (e.g. a passport or long birth certificate and proof of NI) and current proof of address (dated within the last 3 months), will be required as part of the recruitment process. This role will be full time Monday to Friday with a hybrid approach to working between our Durrington office and home. We are offering a salary of £55,000 per annum as well as other benefits including :
