Ready for a new opportunity to join a regional principal contractor with a long-standing history delivering diverse projects across education, commercial, heritage and leisure sectors, we have a role for you!, We are working with a well-established Principal Contractor who pride themselves on quality, innovation and social awareness. We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join their team to successfully deliver a £15m school project.,

• Develop the project programme and schedules ensuring milestones are achieved
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client and senior management
• Monitor project budgets and costs
• Oversee and manage the site team, ensuring strict adherence to H&S
• Conduct regular progress reviews, manage risks and resolving issues
  
  Proven track record as a Project Manager successfully delivering D&B projects up to £20m
• CSCS, SMSTS and 1st aid
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts and industry standards
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively
