Full Job Description
The Publishing Team within SM&P (Submissions Management and Publishing) is responsible for defining and upholding Pfizer publishing standards and practices to meet Health Authority regulatory requirements globally. As a member of the team, you will be required to execute against required dossier publishing activities, ensuring that Pfizer delivers on all regulatory submission milestones and maintains compliance with applicable regulatory obligations. You will provide technical expertise to partnering business lines to drive excellence in the design, implementation, and delivery of regulatory submissions. You will be a key team member contributing and managing projects that vary from process improvements to data management, enabling you to use your project management skills to bring innovative solutions to our work. You will get the chance to work with global teams for cross-site collaboration on your day-to-day publishing responsibilities as well as the projects you become involved with over time. Job Responsibilities
- Contributes to the completion of project tasks and/or milestones
- Supports team with publishing workload, including major submissions
- Contributes to project work by proposing new ideas and working with team members to perform tasks involved. Organises own work to meet project task deadlines
- Learns and applies basic team effectiveness skills (e.g., commitment, feedback, consensus management)
- Gain fundamental knowledge of the principles and concepts of the role
- Applies technical skills to achieve assigned tasks
- Uses established procedures and methodologies to perform assigned tasks
- Applies logical problem-solving skills to raise ideas and implement solutions
- Performs work in a structured environment under direction from supervisor
- Make informed and rational decisions to meet work timelines, and helps support overall efficiency of the team
- Exercises judgment to complete assigned tasks with the support of the supervisor
- Asks for guidance from other colleagues
- Work is regularly reviewed for soundness of technical judgment, completeness, and accuracy
- Communicates straightforward information, asks questions, and checks for understanding

5 GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) including mathematics and English. - You must have gained a minimum of 96 UCAS points from a minimum of 2 A Level subjects or equivalent, Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both alone and in a close-knit team environment
- Ability to problem-solve; question, analyze and propose innovative solutions
- Excellent planning and organization skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and multi-task between competing assignments
- Technically competent in Microsoft Office - Proficient Microsoft excel skills are favorable
- General aptitude and ability to adapt to new software

- Comfortable both leading projects, and working cohesively with a team to achieve a desired goal, The apprentice must be able to demonstrate the required attitudes, behaviours and interpersonal skills associated with the professional workplace.
