Full Job Description

We are seeking for two Project Managers for business change to join the Project Management Office (PMO), reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager Business Change.
PMO is responsible for delivering all of the organisations strategic projects across a wide portfolio and the successful candidate will be joining a close-knit team with diverse skill-sets. You will be working alongside Business Analysts, Business Relationship Managers, IT PM's, Capital & Estates staff and Process & Project Governance professionals.
You will be expected to work independently and be part of the team's continual development. This is a great opportunity to join a close-knit team that is responsible for delivering all of the organisations strategic business change projects and programmes whilst also benefitting from generous working terms and conditions and career development.

You must hold an undergraduate degree or have demonstrable appropriate practical experience. Demonstrate experience in the management and successful delivery of complex business change projects (ideally in an HE environment) is essential along with knowledge and practical application of the principles of PRINCE2 project management or similar methodology. You should have project or technical exposure to corporate systems and an appreciation of the Higher Education landscape and its pressures. Further particulars are included in the job description.

Our mission is to improve health and health equity in the UK and worldwide; working in partnership to achieve excellence in public and global health research, education and translation of knowledge into policy and practice., The salary will be on the Professional Services salary scale, Grade 7 in the range £51,299 - £58,723 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting). The post will be subject to the LSHTM terms and conditions of service. Annual leave entitlement is 30 working days per year, pro rata for part time staff. In addition to this there are discretionary "Wellbeing Days". Membership of the Pension Scheme is available. The post is based in London.
