Full Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering various capital works programmes on behalf of The Barnet Group.

  • Good time management with an ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines effectively in order to achieve business outcomes

  • High level of numeracy, ability to absorb and analyse complex data to inform effective decision making

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and a demonstrable ability to work collaboratively

  • Flexibility with working hours

  • Prepared to travel to schemes and other sites
