Full Job Description

  • Leading projects from conception and requirements definition through design, development, deployment and handover into operations.
  • Using recognised project management methodology to deliver to the agreed time, cost and quality.
  • Driving delivery to ensure deadlines are met with appropriate urgency
  • Excellent management of third parties and coordinating activity across internal and external stakeholders
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with appropriate internal and external stakeholders, managing resources, accountabilities and resulting outcomes.
  • Bring skills and experience that comes with a mature approach to a complex backdrop and evolving PMO environment.

    This role is for a skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to contribute to Hallmark's ongoing growth and success. The Project Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of projects and must be competent in managing all six aspects of a project, scope, plan, finance, risks, quality and resources. Suitable candidates will have proven IT security, cloud infrastructure, technology delivery experience complemented with excellent stakeholder management skills., Professional PM certification e.g. APM/PRINCE II - essential

  • Proven project management delivery experience across the whole project lifecycle, ideally with some of that time in IT Security
  • Should include working on more than one project / work package at a time.
  • Demonstrable experience working with IT teams and vendors to execute complex technical change in infrastructure, systems and data Cloud migrations.
  • Any previous experience working multi-site projects and exposure to cyber security projects will be beneficial.

  • Good knowledge of working with Microsoft Azure and Entra.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skills
  • Great understanding of user experience and impact of change
  • Good financial acumen and budgetary control
  • Business analysis and process mapping skills desirable
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Must be able to hit the ground running and take over in flight work
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work through ambiguity.

  • Excellent people skills, able to build trust and effective working relationships quickly and know when to apply sensitivity.
