Full Job Description

- Customer relationship management including use of CRM software
- The management and delivery of high-quality EV Charging Infrastructure installations
- Ensuring that all installations comply with all current legislative and regulatory requirements including Health and Safety requirements
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Staying up to date with developing technologies and techniques and practices
- Visiting and surveying sites as necessary
- Working with and supporting other Project Managers, Account Managers and Design Engineers
- Keeping full and accurate records as required
- Previous experience of delivering EVCI projects Additional general responsibilities: In addition to the above principal responsibilities you will be required, from time to time, to carry out the following responsibilities.
- Attending and promoting Joju at events
- Training other employees and contractors as appropriate
