Join a long-term project for a leading insurance client. We are looking for a Project Manager to drive the technical implementation of data-driven change projects, enhancing analytics and data management capabilities while ensuring compliance. Lead a team of IT professionals, work closely with senior business leaders, and oversee the acquisition, integration, transformation, and secure storage of critical data.,

  • Lead and develop IT teams, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure timely, budget-conscious execution of data initiatives that exceed business goals.
  • Build trusted partnerships with senior business leaders as a key technology partner.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security while meeting compliance standards.
  • Oversee data acquisition, integration, transformation, and storage using best practices.
  • Leverage cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and solutions like Databricks for data warehousing.
  • Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) for efficient delivery.
  • Enforce data security protocols and address potential risks.
  • Apply knowledge of insurance data models to industry-specific solutions.

    10+ years of experience in data delivery and management with technical implementation expertise.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing high-performing IT teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SQL, Python, and data integration tools (e.g., Informatica IICS, ADF).
  • Cloud platform proficiency (Azure preferred).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Good to have
  • Experience in insurance or financial services, with an understanding of policy lifecycles and workflows.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI).
