Project Manager - ESA

We are currently seeking a committed individual to join our dynamic team as a Project Manager. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering projects that contribute to our business growth.

You will efficiently manage and deliver projects to ensure they meet business revenue and profitability goals. This involves overseeing the design process, managing site activities, and ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control, all while fostering collaborative relationships across departments and maintaining transparent communication with all stakeholders.

• Implement optimal solutions for customers through effective teamwork and communication.


• Work with the estimating department to align cost bases and forecasted margins with business expectations.


• Develop precise forecasts on allocated projects to support business planning and revenue predictions.


• Manage the design process and secure necessary approvals from clients, architects, and project managers.


• Conduct site visits, organize progress, snagging, and handover meetings.


• Identify and manage risks while ensuring due diligence throughout all project stages.


• Ensure open and effective communication with all project stakeholders.


• Oversee invoicing and cash collection to ensure timely and accurate completion.
