Job Description Join our Finance Transformation Programme as a Project Manager, where you'll lead the delivery of key projects, collaborating with colleagues across various regions. You'll be responsible for setting direction, creating plans, managing resources, and ensuring seamless project execution. In this virtual, matrix environment, you'll lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results while effectively managing risks and issues. You'll handle multiple complex projects simultaneously, communicating and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Initially, your focus will be on ERP migration, driving the transition to global systems and processes, while engaging teams across time zones and cultures to ensure successful delivery., We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of global projects within our portfolio. You'll oversee project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery within time, cost, and scope constraints, using PMO-defined methodologies. Responsibilities include planning, tracking, resource and budget management, risk mitigation, and third-party supplier management. You'll drive projects to meet their objectives, conduct debriefs, and implement improvements based on lessons learned.

With strong leadership in a matrix and virtual environment, you'll build relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels, and adapt your approach to suit fast-paced, evolving demands. Qualifications include experience in project management (preferably finance-related), strong problem-solving skills, and PM certifications (Prince2, MSP, PMI).
