As a key member of the redevelopment team, you will:
+ Lead Innovative Projects: Drive strategic initiatives from concept to completion, aligning with national and local healthcare goals.
+ Shape Future Care: Work with multidisciplinary teams to reimagine pathways, introduce cutting-edge digital tools, and develop modern workforce models.
+ Collaborate and Influence: Partner with stakeholders across the sector, ensuring seamless integration of new facilities and practices.

+ Define project scopes, develop plans, and manage budgets to achieve strategic objectives.
+ Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement innovative solutions and drive change.
+ Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Oversee integration of sustainability and digital advancements into the new healthcare facility.
+ Provide leadership and ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with programme goals.
