  • NDA Programme - IT Leads with Usual senior PM expertise and:
  • Senior technical people who can talk to platform leads, i.e.. not usual PM.
  • Senior Technical PMs - deep technically experienced, experience of working with platforms,
  • Systems, applications, and able to converse at the technical level -.
  • Experience of mainstream Policy Admin Systems - Insurance in the UK: Life, Pensions, Annuities, As the Project manager you will

    Wipro is looking for a "Project manager" with previous experience of Insurance domain. This is a new role which will be at the heart of the growth agenda for the organisation. The role will have a primary focus on Project management and stakeholder engagement., Experienced in Technical Project Manager > 8-years
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Facilitation skills and able to plan and conduct workshops
  • Good Stakeholder Management
  • Self-starter - able to take initiative, can work without supervision and drive project and progress independently
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum and Kanban, Jira and confluence- optional
  • Able to apply core Project Management disciplines - planning, issue/risk management, chasing down actions, reporting etc.
  • Experience of having worked with strategic outsource providers would be beneficial
  • Ability to use judgement and consider the application of the Aviva change disciplines and standard governance framework
  • Strong business engagement skills are required and the ability to bring people together to seek out mutually beneficial solutions and approaches to issues or problem areas
  • Needs to be able to work with key and senior stakeholders across Aviva
    • A team player
  • Excellent presentation skills/ visual representations
  • Under and be able to manifest the rule of "no surprises" to stakeholders - progress monitored and managed and reported on an on-going basis
