We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our Digital services team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management competencies and exhibit exemplary leadership behaviours to drive the successful delivery of digital projects. You will provide effective leadership to the project team and takes appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances.

As a Project Manager you will take full responsibility of the management of the full end-to-end delivery process using standard project delivery methodologies. This includes but is not limited to the definition, documentation, and satisfactory completion of medium-scale projects (typically lasting 6-12 months, with direct business impact and firm deadlines).

You will ensure that projects are managed using and our Digital services' Project Delivery Framework to deliver successful outputs, outcomes and realisable benefits on time and within budget.

You will be able to identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of the project, ensuring that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate.

You will manage the change control procedure and ensure that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale, and resource budgets, and are signed off.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in managing complex projects within a digital environment.

While this role is based in our offices, we offer a highly flexible work arrangement, allowing you to work remotely most of the time.
