Typically 5-8 years' experience.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels.
Successful relevant experience in a complex project environment including demonstrable experience in team management, planning, contracting and delivery of projects within the UK Light Rail sector.
Successful record of project budget management and ability to understand and interpret commercial and financial landscapes (budgets, forecasts, actual status).
Experience in managing ambiguity in a project environment with strong evaluation and decision-making skills.
Demonstrable Project safety management practice and knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and best practice.
High-level of IT literacy, proficient user of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ProjectWise, etc.
Eligibility to Work in the UK and a Full UK driving licence.
Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
Member of APM (MAPM) or equivalent.
Chartered member of professional institution (or working towards).
Achieved APM PMQ or equivalent professional qualification.
