Full Job Description

This role is for an experienced senior change professional, ideally with knowledge of the Risk organisation at an Investment Bank, to join the NFRM Transformation team in London. This role will appeal to someone who seeks variety in their day-to-day work and who has the ability to work flexibly whilst coordinating multiple time-dependent deliveries. The role is for an experienced Programme Manager who is able to engage at all levels. This role is specifically related to the enhancement of the processes to support the New Product Approval (and New Transaction Approval) frameworks, particularly in relation to the Product Lifecycle and the multi-year implementation of the technology to support those changes.,

  • Leading a strategic programme, with sponsor and key SME engagement

  • Driving and delivering the programme through the establishment and use of well thought out plans including the definition, implementation and monitoring of programme governance

  • Developing appropriate communications strategy and stakeholder maps

  • Leading the engagement with Global Technology on the technology implementation

  • Producing project MI and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders

  • Run Operating Committees including the preparation of materials as appropriate

  • Documenting, managing and escalating programme/project RAID items, critical path items and sharing lessons learnt

  • Supporting cross initiative dependencies and deliverables

  • Delivery to regulatory/audit led commitments

  • Supporting run the bank governance

    Strong change management experience including experience of having run complex programmes of work that include business change, technology and data migration deliveries

  • Experienced delivering IT solutions and strong understanding of technology; good knowledge of system development workflow and coding languages (SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.).

  • Proven track record of delivering data/reporting/automation projects and good knowledge and understanding of data analytics

  • Knowledge of Operational Risk Management/New Product Approval frameworks/processes
