Are you looking for a new and exciting Project Management role?
We're looking for someone with the skills and flexibility to deliver high quality project management to support to Outcomes Based Contract.
This role will work closely with our Head of Service Development, Commissioners and third sector partners to plan and deliver the improvements.
The Project Manager will need to have effective communication skills to work across the system and facilitate progress with key stakeholders. Enthusiastic about improving patient care the role needs to have the ability to work flexibly across our services in community health, mental health and our corporate services., There'll be a variety of specific pieces of work and responsibilities, including:
+ The set up and delivery of specific discrete projects within the overall programme to achieve the strategic objectives; developing and owning a suite of project management documents including but not limited to project briefs, project plans, risk and issue logs, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with OHFT project management framework.
+ Actively engaging, influencing and working collaboratively with colleagues and partners to support the delivery of the programme, including coordinating and leading complex activities.
+ Completing work and undertaking analysis to support programme delivery.
+ Monitoring programme delivery and developing update reports for a variety of project groups, Commissioners and Boards., The post holder will be responsible for managing the delivery the Oxfordshire Outcomes Based Contract (OBC) in accordance with strategic plans. The post holder will lead, advise and develop a combined team made up from operational staff and internal and external stakeholders.
The Project Manager will co-ordinate and provide support and training for staff where required during service change and project activities - particularly during change implementation phases. They will undertake designated requests for change and manage activities that are appropriate to the grade.
The post holder will support the design and delivery of the programme of the OBC to ensure the benefits and changes set out in the Trust and directorate business plans are delivered. Use recognised change management best practice methodologies, to lead service change and project activities and providing advice and support across the Trust when required. Negotiate, develop and agree key deliverables with stakeholders, the Head of Service & Programme Manager, ensuring that all activities meet defined operational and strategic objectives, prioritising workload where required.
