Digital Power Customer Project Manager
Mission:
This position requires a proactive customer driven approach, demonstrating full ownership and responsibility for implementing and completing projects.
You will be involved in managing, planning, high level engineering/design, resourcing and delivering projects on time and to budget. You will be required to develop and maintain close working relationships with the Tendering Team, Sales and Engineering teams to identify and implement Innovative solutions to support sustainable business growth. Manage the execution of Power/Energy Monitoring and Control/Automation System Projects (Category C/B: project within a single business with low organisational complexity, level of risk, simple contractual context, with a high level of technical complexity...) following applicable company polices and processes (main one being CPP: Customer Project Process).
Functional leadership of Inside and Outside Group interfaces to suppliers and subcontractors to ensure full customer satisfaction and financial performance.
Manage the relationship with the customer and third parties within project scope and accountable for the management and execution of the project in line with the contract.

· Work closely with Operations to facilitate successful project delivery and execution.
· Attend meetings (on-site if required) with the customer, contractor, subcontractor, consultant, and suppliers as appropriate.
· Identify project issues and put proactive plans in place to resolve effectively and in a timely manner.
· Financial control of the project including procurement, invoice approval, variation handling, final account agreement, monthly reviews
· Operate and deliver multiple projects (typical total value approx. £3M) in line with QMS, H&S and Environmental systems. Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities. Support the management team in developing solutions for risks and opportunities.
· When required, liaise with partners & suppliers ensuring execution of the project in full compliance with Schneider-Electric processes, health, safety & quality instructions, and governance principles.

· PPM Certification and PM experience in a similar role.
· A comprehensive knowledge of Power Systems is critical.
· Knowledge of MV/LV Electrical Systems in Pharma, Data Centre and F&B Environments.
· Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
· A team-work mentality with self-motivation, initiative, flexibility and good time management skills who is prepared to work to strict deadlines., · You should have University Degree Electrical Engineering and/or in relevant area.
