Full Job Description

  • Monitors files to ensure each dataset and product is delivered to end user and/or client
  • Manages business as usual exceptions, identifies root cause teams and works closely with appropriate teams to resolve exceptions
  • Works directly with Technology, Product Owners and Source Teams to identify and implement strategic solutions
  • Supports data mining and analytics to help define process flow and best practices
  • Creates the ongoing governance and controls for business as usual processes
  • Creates and produces meaningful metrics reporting to share with senior audiences
  • Creates Standard Operating Procedures
  • Analyzes and interprets complex data sets to derive meaningful insights
  • Identifies trends, patterns, and correlations to support data-driven decision-making
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across various teams to drive exception resolution
  • Utilizes machine learning and artificial intelligence into analysis and business as usual procedures

    Previous experience in either Fund Accounting, Collateral, Custody, Sustainable Investing, Reference Data, Middle Office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in using applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook for documentation, data analysis, presentations, and communication
  • Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in tools like Excel, Visio, SQL, Alteryx, querying databases & Confluence
  • Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree - Finance preferred
  • Knowledge of Tableau
  • Knowledge of Python/Jupyter Notebook
  • Knowledge/use of ProDQ (previously OWL DQ)
