About Us:

Work with our residents and our suppliers to deliver high-quality new homes and other mixed use projects.

In Kensington and Chelsea, we put local people and local businesses at the heart of decision-making, working in partnership with them to provide quality services that are responsive, effective, and efficient. Having brought our social housing stock back under local authority control, we are now building 600 new homes to address a critical shortage of affordable housing. This is a major investment, and we want to ensure it meets the needs of our residents. That's why we make every effort to engage and involve them in the development process.

The Role:

Joining the team as a Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to enhance your own prospects, while making a positive impact on local communities. Working closely with consultants and contractors, you'll deliver a range of projects. Ensuring high quality architectural, engineering and surveying advice, you'll embed best practice in the development of new homes and other construction projects. This starts with procurement and supply chain and continues to final delivery. At the same time, we expect you to meet ambitious targets, to exert strong financial control and to ensure value for money.
