Training Hubs are integral to NHS Englands core purpose of supporting the delivery of excellent healthcare and health improvement to patients and the public through ensuring the primary care workforce of today and tomorrow are trained in the right numbers, have the necessary skills, NHS values and behaviours at the right time and in the right place as described. The postholder willensure smooth running of two key Sussex Training Hub programmes, including capturing data and providing regular reporting on the programmes, The programmes will include:
- Sussex Mentoring Service
- Sussex Retention in General Practice Learning Set Programme As the post holder you will be responsible for managing the delivery of programmes to support the Sussex Training Hub including the Sussex Mentoring Service and the Learning Set programme. You will also have a significant role in supporting the planning and delivery of the Sussex Educator Conference.Main duties of the job The postholder will be responsbile for ensuring the smooth running of key Sussex Training Hub programmes, including capturing data and providing regular reporting on the programmes. As the post holder you will be responsible for managing the delivery of programmes to support the Sussex Training Hub, including the Sussex Mentoring Service and the Learning Set programme. You will also have a significant role in supporting the planning and delivery of the Sussex Educator Conference. This is a project management role and a background in project management and Prince 2 or another Project Management process is desirable. You will have organisational line management support provided by ABC CIC as your employer and professional supervision provided by Sussex Training Hub who oversees the workstreams you will be delivering.
