Full Job Description

The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) is implementing multiple Marketing Transformation Projects in partnership with WPP, for example consolidation of digital platforms, projects to collect, nurture, and activate 1 PD, implementation of data lake, reporting automation etc. All these projects are governed and managed by the WPP OpenX Transformation Team. As a Project Manager with this team, you will be responsible for supervision, governance, and monitoring of the projects assigned to you and/or be the hands-on project manager for projects where needed. You will use your project management experience and best practices to ensure WPP Teams complete their projects successfully across the scope/time/budget metrics and deliver measurable value/impact to TCCC. As the Project Manager, you will:

  • Provide 360-degree project governance and oversight and/or be the hands-on project manager from start to finish (all phases of the project life cycle including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment, and post-deployment reviews and assessments)
  • Ensuring that products and/or services are delivered as per scope, on time and within budget
  • Monitor, manage, track, and report on the completion of project deliverables
  • Ensuring the project team is tracking the client requirements and success/performance metrics are being achieved
  • Monitor and report on project financials as needed, and ensure all project financial artifacts are centrally available on an ongoing basis. Coordinate with the commercial teams for budget clarifications and reconciliations on the project
  • Report to management on development, implementation, and progress, provide regular project status, flagging risks and escalations to line manager
  • Co-ordinate with key project stakeholders (internal as well as external)
  • Oversee and maintain practices and procedures in line with project management best practices and the guidelines mandated by TCCC MTO
  • Creating quality project setup documents detailing scope, assumptions, success criteria, risks, governance structure, etc.
  • Be able to advise the wider project teams on project governance artifacts, processes, and ways of working
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing new solutions.
  • Participating in ongoing reviews and developing optimization strategies
  • Mentor and guide the wider team on project management principles, essentials, and ways of working, On the OpenX side, the Project Manager will collaborate with WPP MTO Project Teams of the assigned projects, WPP finance, and commercial teams, on an ad-hoc basis with Team leads for projects beyond the Transformation Initiatives

    Experience in Project Management and experience in leading projects is SaaS industry preferred.
  • Experience in different project management methodologies like Agile, traditional waterfall, etc.
  • Experience leading projects in the Advertising industry will be a plus, though not mandatory
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or business discipline, or background in technology environment delivering solutions or projects
  • Strong Project Management and coordination background, with relevant certifications. PMP/CSM preferred, Agile is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and strategic mindset to advise and manage internal and external partners
  • Being able to work independently without supervision
