Full Job Description

The UKI Project Manager (PM) will work as a key member of the UKI cross functional

team supporting commercial and medical activities in the UK & Ireland, as an integral part of Amicus in bringing innovative medicines to patients with rare diseases.

Supporting the Commercial and Medical teams to effectively execute the UKI Business plan working in compliance with all Amicus policies and procedures as well as local regulatory and legal requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The UKI Project Manager will:

· Be a key player in supporting development and the execution of the UKI cross functional business plan

· Work with the cross functional team (Commercial, Value & Partnership (V&P) and Medical) supporting key project implementation and resource/material development, including systems management and where appropriate agency vendor management

· Localize materials which are produced by Global marketing to support both brands working closely with omnichannel manager, medical and local agency

· Develop, coordinate, prepare and execute Amicus owned commercial and medical events as well as manage external congresses

· Collaborate closely with Medical on development of materials/resources for activities at national, congresses & symposia

· Collaborate with Global Marketing and International Commercial Operations on providing input for the UKI market at brand meetings and projects

· Ensure capture of market observation and competitive intelligence (incl. input from KAMs & Medical)

· Support coordination and resource development of special projects such as the V&P projects

· Support all activities in improving sales force effectiveness (Analytics, Reports, Training), including support in tracking sales performance

· Support preparation of internal business and finance reviews

· Budget management in close cooperation with finance operation

Professional Work Experience Requirements

· Experience of working within the pharmaceutical/Biotech industry, experience and proven success in sales/marketing

· Good understanding of the health care system in UK and its various stakeholders

· Excellent project management skills

· Experience in successfully delivering projects and working effectively in cross functional teams

· Excellent planning, organization & business analysis skills

· Strong presentation & effective interpersonal skills

· Substantial experience in

o Project management

o Pharmaceutical marketing

o Congress management

o Cross functional working

· Rolling out projects with key stake holders (physicians and other external parties)

· Knowledge of commercial organizations, including related operating processes, policies, procedures and regulations

Experience and Skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent verbal/written communication and listening skills

· In-depth Knowledge of UK pharmaceutical regulations (ABPI) as well as other industry rules and guidelines along with medical and clinical terminology

· Business acumen; has working knowledge of a multi-disciplinary / cross-functional scenario

· Proven ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders

· Engaged integral team-player, thrives in a team environment

· Energetic, self-motivated with a hands-on mentality, and results orientated

· Proven self-starter that is independently solution focused when presented with challenges
